  • Items are delivered by trained and security-checked volunteers from Royal Voluntary Service

Get Connected

Get Connected is the free, confidential help for young people under 25 who need help and don’t know where to turn. The service is available 365 days of the year. Volunteers help explore their issues, offering emotional support and providing appropriate sources for further help.

Opening times: Phone or webchat  13:00 – 23:00 daily. By text or email – answered within 24 hours.

The HSE defines work-related violence as:

Any incident in which a person is abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances relating to their work. This can include verbal abuse or threats as well as physical attacks.
