Meet at 7pm every Thursday at the Ilfracombe football club, start running at 7.15.
Open to people of all levels of fitness – sessions can be adjusted to meet the needs of the individuals.
Standard run is from 4 to 9 miles – track style sessions also available. beginners course is as flat as possible with the hills being part of a gentle warm up or cool down.
Try out the club for a few weeks for free, then if you wish to join there is a £20 per year membership fee.
